Introduction

The Zero Age Main Sequence is the reference stellar model for stars of solar composition settled into hydrogen burning in their cores. The models are based on the equations of stellar structure together with the nuclear physics that determines energy production, and the atomic physics that determines opacity and radiative energy transport.

Assume that all stars make energy in the same way and that they all have the same composition. Therefore all stars are distinguished when they form only by their mass $M$.
